Reviews and Ratings
I had a good stay at the hotel, with fine rooms, a delicious breakfast, and a perfect location. While there is room for improvement to truly earn a 4-star rating, the cleanliness and comfort were notable highlights of my experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, being very close to Los Leones Metro Station and within walking distance of plenty of good bars and restaurants, but there were some language problems. The room was fine but small, cold, and damp. The service was a mixture; some staff members were very helpful, while others were not. The dining experience was below expectations, with promised breakfast not prepared, but there were baked chocolate cakes available.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, very close to Los Leones Metro Station and surrounded by plenty of good bars and restaurants. The rooms, although situated on the ground floor and above the dining area, were a bit dark after sunset. The service varied, with some staff being very helpful while others seemed passive. The dining experience, promising breakfast for early departures, fell short with simple options. The facilities have room for improvement to reach a higher rating.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were fine after settling in and well-furnished, they felt a bit small, cold, and damp initially. The staff are a mixture, with some being very friendly and helpful, particularly after we got comfortable in our room, but some were not helpful at all. The location was really nice, being in a quiet sidestreet but very close to the Los Leones Metro Station, making it convenient to explore the area. However, the promised dining experience for our early departure was not prepared, leaving us disappointed. Despite some ups and downs, the service, location, and facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was really nice, just around the corner from the Los Leonnes metro station, and within walking distance of plenty of good bars and restaurants. The rooms were fine, the breakfast good, and the staff very helpful. However, the rooms were small, cold, and damp, which was a bit of a downside.
